My wrist is still healing, so I just practiced form with a 35 lbs bar. MY legs and shoulders got quite a workout.

Max Handstand Push-ups/Push-ups in 10 Minutes.
Naturally I had to scale, I did a few via my knees on a box and then switched to 20lbs dumb bells over head. I didn’t bother keeping count, but I could push 4-5 at a time with a good 40-50 seconds rest between.

Back off to 80% of that 1RM
